The best chiropractor in Charleston, hands down! From the moment I stepped in, I felt incredibly welcomed. Over the past year (I know, it’s been a while, but I have a hectic schedule, and they’re incredibly accommodating), they’ve completely resolved all the issues I came in for. Now, it’s just about consistently finishing these last visits and possibly doing some monthly visits once I’m done. If you’re searching for a chiropractor, this is the place to go. I can’t express how grateful I am to everyone involved, from the front desk to Dr. Lexi and Blake, and the Kirars’ family. You all are truly amazing. I’m so glad I chose this place as my first stop.
Everything has been going well. I feel a difference and when chiropractors tell you they can’t help start the body in the direction of correction, they are not bring honest. Most will treat the problem or help manage it, instead of helping to reverse or help to program the body by provoking it to correct itself, or even make small changes that lead to the body healing itself or self correcting. This is why this chiropractor differs from all the rest. They want to help you get better. Second appointment and Dr Vance has already shown me things a previous chiropractor had shown me. The difference is he went more in depth and broke my condition down even more for me and diagnosed me with a condition that has plagued me forever. Also, what makes him different is he works on plans to correct your problems or conditions, instead of just treating the issue or band-aiding the problem as we say. Dr Vance puts a plan in place with a start and stop time, to get you feeling better and your body corrected. This is what sold me. Not to mention, i feel a lot better already, after a couple of sessions with him. He knows how to identify the problems and exactly what to do to put you on the path of healing. He has given me hope for the better and a plan of action, unlike other chiropractors that just want to keep you coming back. I am just getting started. So far so good. I will write another review once I am in a few appointments. I can say that after spending only a few minutes with the chiropractor, whatever he did, made a difference in just that short period of time. I need to go back to get more long-term relief.

The staff here is so helpful and so knowledgeable and kind. I feel both welcomed and supported by everyone that I encounter here. It’s been about 3 months so far and I am so glad to have started my chiropractic journey here!
Great staff and professionalism is fabulous. They greet you and make you feel at home. They know their patients by name. Mrs. Lexi and her colleagues are wonderful. They are very informative, nice and they make you feel like family. I would recommend Kirar Superior HealthCare as a great place for therapy without meds.

Met some people here at my gym during a pop up event. Came here with a coupon for a consultation and Dr. Lexi was very kind and helpful. She seemed very knowledgeable and helped point out some trouble areas that was causing some of my discomfort.<br>Overall a good experience, clean and spacious facility and very nice staff.

What I see is that they care about everyone starting off with greeting everyone that comes through the door to being very quick and sufficient with each and every client. The doctor seems to genuinely care about each and every clients recovery and even called me I. The evening to check to see how I was feeling after the visit. Thank you so much! I was on my way to the hospital because I was in severe pain yesterday and they got me in got me taken care of where I wasn’t hurting that much. I’ve been thinking of trying chiropractor care for years, and this past November I became a patient at Kirar due to severe back pain. Daily activities are easier for me, and my back pain has drastically reduced. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner! Lexi is wonderful and I highly recommended her and the whole team.
I've been going here for 4 1/2 months. I've been very pleased with the success I've had with them when I had a very bad incident with sciatica to the point where I couldn't even walk. Not being able to get into a specialist for about 3 weeks, I turned to Kirar Healthcare for help.<br>Very glad for the results I've gotten. I have been faithful to go to all my appointments which I know helps tremendously along with them seeing me for unscheduled visits if I have a serious need.<br>I always feel very welcome there and appreciate answers to any questions or concerns that I have.
Best chiropractor I’ve ever been to! Dr. Blake is amazing! Detailed and explains what the cause of your symptoms are and then discusses a clear treatment plan. Two days I came into the office with a headache that Tylenol or Excedrine couldn’t resolve. Within 60 seconds of an adjustment, my headache was gone!! Amazing and highly recommended

Lexi is my doctor at Kirar, she is responsive and listens to my needs and concerns. Her adjustments have been very helpful!<br>She helped identify that my hips were off balance because I have a slightly short left leg. She recommended a heel lift and I’ve found more relief and strength in ways I could not imagine. She’s also helped restore feeling in some of my fingers after a fall which cause them to feel numb for years.<br><br>She is great for all types but for me practicing martial arts and being fairly active - she has been especially helpful with aches, pains or injuries. I can’t recommend her enough!

I stumbled in a store the one day so hard it jolted my body later on that day my knee pained me I thought my meniscus was going out, pains kept shooting through my knee every few minutes I would scream out so I rested it with a band and stayed off of it and it helped me some. As soon as I got back in town the next day I went to the chiropractor who got me back walking correctly. I tried to avoid going so I took an Epsom salt bath I felt worse my whole Left side tingling and numb at my knee, my foot, my hand and Dr Blake is there on Saturdays, He explained The Epsom salt relaxed my muscles and I was able to feel pain more . He Tested my knee for meniscus tear and nothing was damaged!!. Yes!!! he adjusted me and got me back up literally walking as I usually do. All the team from front desk to the Doctors are very gentle and attentive in all areas and do a wonderful job they all do Dr Vance his wife Dr Jill All the 5 -star post I totally agree!!!
I’ve just started treatment here but the initial consultation and treatments have been informative, healing of pain level. This is a work in progress, but trusting the process. The staff is friendly and kind. The facility is new and well maintained. The rooms are spaced out and private. Healing hands. A CareCredit facility. Check back in after awhile.<br><br>Checking in after over a year of treatment and I thought just today, should have done treatment years ago. My body composition has changed, so much more conscious of my posture and its alignment. I feel my stature. I do realize it’s all things put together, diet, exercise, chiropractic care, one needs the other, not just one can do it all. Thank you Kirar Superior Chiropractic Care.
