5 Key Areas of Overall Health

Our Fit5 Program focuses on five key areas that impact your overall health: neurology, nutrition, endurance, strength, and structure. By addressing each of these, we help support your body’s ability to function properly, stay active, and maintain long-term wellness.

Neurology is the IT system of our body. Without our IT system functioning properly, health is not possible and without our IT system, life is not possible.

Nutrition is our body’s fuel. As Hippocrates stated; Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.

Endurance is our longevity. Our heart health and our ability to do a strenuous activity for at least 30 minutes.

Strength is our independence. Are we strong enough to live on our own? How do we maintain this independence for the long haul?

Structure is our activity. With a healthy spine, we can maintain our activity level throughout our remaining birthright years of 100 years and beyond.
